The design of Blé food hall hinges on the uniqueness of its majestic fire oven. this silent feature, visible from the street, was designed to impress visitors and get them to reflect on a key issue of our time: the sources of healthy and quality food.
true to 1+1=1 architects’ distinctive style, the idea of wholesome, natural ingredients is evoked rather poetically by the solid design and smooth texture of the oven and the choice of natural clay and white earth pigment, which symbolise fire, the earth and the sky. just like fire surging from the depths of a volcano, the organic shape of the oven naturally guides the eye from the furnace at the bottom up to the sky, thus revealing the impressive 12 m height of Blé three-storey building.

Red stone on the floor and walls adds the finishing touch to the design, bringing warmth to the interior.
